2.1. Riders must be of legal age and possess a valid driver’s license to rent and operate our scooters.
2.2. You are responsible for complying with local traffic laws and regulations while operating our scooters.
3. Booking and Payment:
3.1. Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via the available payment options.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
4.1. Cancellations made within a specified period may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
4.2. No-shows or cancellations outside the designated period may not be eligible for refunds.
5. Scooter Usage and Return:
5.1. Scooters must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
5.2. Any damages to the scooter during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
6. Insurance and Liability:
6.1. Our scooters are insured, and the rental fee includes basic coverage. Additional insurance options may be available.
6.2. Scoot Malta will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our scooters.
7. Safety and Riding Guidelines:
7.1. We provide safety instructions and guidelines. It is your responsibility to follow them for a safe riding experience.
7.2. We recommend the use of helmets and appropriate safety gear while riding.
8. Privacy Policy:

9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. To the extent permitted by law, Scoot Malta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
